Lace overlay Glow in the Dark Collar GLOW IN THE DARK Available in all our storeOur glow in the dark collars are cut at a slightly rounded angle dipping towards the clavicle at the front and adjustable in the back with Velcro. Made from soft glow in the dark material with a texture like soft latex. These collars start to glow after only 10 minutes of exposure to sunlight or bright indoor light, (fluorescent is best) but they will glow brightest if you can charge them for at least an hour.
