Baptisia sphaerocarpa Screamin Yellow Disporopsis In mid-July (NC)Baptisia 'Screamin' Yellow' is a selection of Baptisia sphaerocarpa from native plant guru Larry Lowman. Compared to our Texas and Oklahoma collections, the leaves on this Arkansas selection are slightly larger and more yellow green. In our gardens, Baptisia 'Screamin' Yellow' makes a 3' tall x 5' wide deer resistant clump, topped in late April early May with stunning 11" spikes of bright yellow flowers. For a drought tolerant perennial and a great
