Vintage Christian Dior Hat Straw Safari Style Spring 1974 S M English cashmere outlined in bronze detail againstThis is a wonderful Christian Dior hat made in England under the Christian Dior Chapeaux label. The wealthy lady from whom this was acquired left notes on some of her hats with the date acquired this was notated as Christian Dior Safari Hat with Hem Stitching Spring 1974. The hat is made of excellent quality straw in a pith helmet form and, as mentioned, has stitching around the edge of the brim and crossing the crown. There is a straw covered button
