Crinum Temple Bells Zingiber a superb show in flowerCrinum 'Temple Bells' is one of the best introductions from the late crinum breeder Marcelle Sheppard a cross of Crinum macowanii x Crinum scabrum 'Rose City Schoolhouse'. Crinum 'Temple Bells' forms a large rosette of wide, glaucous green foliage, topped, starting in late June (NC) with 3' tall stalks, each ending in 15 18 sweetly fragrant, tubular white flowers, heavily striped with burgundy on the flower keels.
