The sleeves read Jo Jo. I believe that this vintage astrology dress belonged to Quebec astrological celebrity Jocelyne Jo Jo Savard. I acquired it in a roundabout way, not directly from her, but I cant see this as having belonged to anyone else. You can search for her biography online she is
