Vintage 1920s Silk Nightgown Blue Pongee Nightie w Lace Trim cat urn Shoulder to Sleeve Length: 13This is a lovely vintage 1920s silk nightgown with lace trim. The piece is made of a lightweight sheer silk that I believe is called either pongee or China silk. The silk is in an aqua blue colour and has white lace trim over the shoulder straps, along the top edge and on the front bodice. The shoulder straps have a piece affixed to them that goes around the upper arm. It has some needlework in the form of squares on the bodice and there is blue
