PZH is responsible for the type of pottery that has come to be identified as Gouda, having invented a process to produce matte glazed pottery called the Rhodian process. They introduced these abstract floral patterns circa 1910 and continued to evolve the style of decoration in keeping with the Art Nouveau, Arts and Crafts and Art Deco styles as
