Terroir Limit, Priorat Pedra Guix other_regions humus and forest floor scented-noseThe 2021 Pedra de Guix blends one third Pedro Ximenez, one third Macabeo and one third Garnatxa Blanca from Priorat. Fermented in concrete with whole clusters, this golden wine presents a vermouth like aroma with notes of garrigue, stems, pears and quince in an oxidative, sherry like style. Dry and taut on the palate, it features a chalky texture and a faintly pastry like finish. This is a distinctive entry in the new white Priorat scene.
