They're planted to similar clones

but it's certainly taking its time to come around

Domaine William Fevre, Chablis Vaillons other_regions_australia mint chocolate(from a huge 3. 5 ha holding that is composed by ~75% of Vaillons proper with the remainder from Roncires, Mlinots and Chtains). Touches of menthol and wood surround the floral and pepper scented nose that isnt quite as fresh as that of the Montmains. There is by contrast good energy to the very rich and nicely voluminous flavors that conclude in a bitter lemon and intensely saline inflected finale. Very good but not truly special.
