Im unsure of the exact purpose for these pans, perhaps au gratin?. All pieces are marked Spring Inox 18 8 Made in Switzerland 71. Each is made in an oval form with a turned stainless steel handle. Each measures 4 1 4 by 6 3 4 across the top, exclusive of the handle. All are in excellent condition with barely any signs of use even though these are pre owned.
