18” across including the sleeve caps

The belt has gold metal ends that read “Leonard Paris” and “Made in Italy”

but probably rayon in a shiny finish

The lining bears the Eatonia brand mark and the sweatband is gold stamped with The T. Eaton & Co. Limited of Montreal Canada. This vintage 1940s homburg hat is of excellent quality and was probably made under contract by one of the better hat makers, most likely Biltmore of Canada or Stetson.
