east-west oriented and unusually fast-draining as well as sun- and wind-exposed ridge that is Mineral Springs vineyard

which has left its cedary

Ben Glaetzer, Bishop Vintage:2007 This is really quite prettyInky purple. Opaque purple. Intensely perfumed bouquet displays scents of blackberry, incense and fresh flowers. Deeper and chewier than the Wallace, with strong spicy character and supple texture. Becomes brighter with air and finishes on a sweet, seductive note of candied raspberry. Josh Raynolds
