Mark:  Stamped “Made in France Designed for Spritzer & Fuhrmann Ltd

The tureen is marked with the Ridgways quiver and bow mark used between 1885 and 1890 and also has a raised British Registry diamond

It measures 38” around the top and has a length of 35”

with the exception of a small light mark on the left pocket (see close-up photo) - I have not tried to remove this
