Made using traditional methods cooking in an underground stone oven and milling with a horse drawn tahona this spirit is double distilled in copper pots. It offers a complex, slightly vegital profile with prominent notes of roasted agave, fresh herbs, and field flowers, culminating in a smoky, rich, and earthy experience.
