Note that this should reward mid-term cellaring and indeed it will need a minimum of 5 years and 6 to 10 would almost certainly be better

The palate is very savory in style with roasted chestnut and ferrous notes infusing the finish that has an appealing rounded texture

There is again excellent detail to the intense broad-shouldered flavors that are shaped by dense but fine-grained tannins on the hugely long

There is seriously impressive size and weight to the dramatically powerful

Camille Giroud, Chassagne Montrachet Vergers Vintage:2019 Note that this should rewardOnce again there is a whiff of exotic fruit to the white peach, passion fruit, rise and lemon lime scented nose. There is fine richness to the solidly concentrated flavors that exude a refreshing salinity on the mildly warm finale. This is not especially refined but it is delicious and a wine that should be approachable young.
