A subtle application of wood toast frames cool and restrained if slightly riper aromas of pear, apple and a plenitude of citrus and floral elements. The succulent, round and utterly delicious larger scaled flavors exude evident minerality on the caressing but impressively powerful, firm, youthfully austere and strikingly long finish. There is a touch of
