A bit shy at first, it opens up beautifully in the mid palate and finish, with striking layers of fruit that give the wine its racy, voluptuous feel. Tropical fruit, pastry, vanillin and sweet spice give the 2018 a lot of exotic character. This is an ample, creamy and open knit wine with terrific persistence and tons of class; it is very refined for the year.
