The four people in the photo are dressed in Asian garb the two ladies and one man are dressed in embroidered silk robes while the second man is dressed in Turkish garb. The photo is signed Marc Lenoir the only reference that I could find regarding this photographer is a 1920s photo that he took of a British author that is in the collection of the National Portrait
