This Black Watch tartan kilt is pleated at the back and overlaps to the left, secured by an exterior covered button at the left and an interior button at the right. There is a large safety pin at the middle left fringed edge. It is difficult to date, but judging from the labels, I would say 1970s, maybe 80s.
