Bean Machine Billet Aluminum Thermostat Housing For 99-03 7.3L Powerstroke intermediate shaft 2008 - 2009 Chrysler 300Bean Machine Billet Aluminum Thermostat Housing For 1999 2003 Ford 7. 3L Powerstroke The stock 7. 3 thermostat housings are notorious for leaking coolant. They are made from a thin press formed sheet metal that rusts, pits, and gets deformed by the bolts. To fix the issue we have machined a new piece from 6061 aluminum. This lets us build in a nice thick flange that will not flex or bend and also is much less susceptible to corrosion than steel.
