Pierre Boisson is drawn to the "mountain" terroirs of Auxey and the Hautes Cotes de Beaune, for both their stony terroirs and lower temperatures. When his father retired in 2016, Pierre Boisson took over the iconic Domaine Boisson Vadot in Meursault. He began bottling wines under his own label, and quickly established himself as
