Pavich profiles Madball, Crown Of Thornz, District 9, 25 Ta Life, Vision Of Disorder, No Redeeming Social Value, and 108 to paint a varied and honest portrayal of the scene. There are interviews and live songs and now, decades later, offers a story of just how things were at that point in time.
